Kerabu Telur Sempoi

Ke-rabu hari ketiga,

Dok pikiaq nak buat kerabu dah lama. Tapi asyik lupa nak beli bahan je. So last-last tengok je apa bahan yang still ade dalam pantry and fridge tadaaaa teringat kerabu telur! Pernah buat sekali dulu 3 tahun lepas hahahahaha tudiiaaaa lama sangat aihhh! Tapi resipi ni memang semudah tekan starter motor scooter Maya so try la!

Kerabu Telur

Bahan-bahan

  • 3-4 biji telur
  • 1 biji bawang besar (dihiris halus)
  • 3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris halus)
  • 2 biji tomato (dihiris halus)
  • 3 biji cili padi (dihiris halus)
  • 1 biji cili merah (dihiris halus)
  • 1 kuntum bunga kantan (dihiris halus)
  • 1 batang serai (dihiris halus)
  • Jus limau kasturi secukupnya
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Gula secukupnya
  • 1-2 sudu besar sos ikan

Cara-cara

  1. Masak telur dadar sebaiknya setiap batch telur dadar biar nipis sedikit dari biasa.
  2. Kemudian setelah telur dadar sejuk, gulungkan telur dadar dan hiriskan halus-halus.
  3. Dalam bekas yang besar, satukan telur dadar dengan semua bahan hirisan.
  4. Perasakan dengan jus limau, gula, garam dan sos ikan secukupnya dan gaul dengan sebati semua bahan. Siap!

Heyyy! Its your birthday! 21 November! Well someone cooking for me! Yeah and it’s my most favourite pasta. Creamy pasta! And yes don’t worry it’s as simple as ABC. Thank you so muchhh! I appreciate it. Although it’s a bit late to post (dah basi dah throwback but still nak share resipi). Been busy lately. Here is the recipe, boleh la try nanti simple je 🙂

Creamy Mushroom Pasta

A simple, Italian pasta recipe perfect for an easy dinner date.

Ingredients

  • Water to boil
  • 400g dried pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • Olive oil
  • Sausage or Beef Slice
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)*

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain, set aside and reserve 3 tablespoon of pasta water.
  2. Slice sausage or beef. In a medium-low heat, add butter and a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan, stir together with sausages or beef slice and garlic until it became crispy. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add reserve pasta water and cream. Warm the mixture, salt, pepper and add pasta.
  4. Add sausage or beef slice earlier and Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined. Sprinkle fresh parsley.

* Well, he doesn’t have any fresh parsley but i like to add up. Hehe optional only.

Aglio Olio

Friends Reunite!

Sekian lama plan nak jumpa my old college friends, susah benor sebab everyone busy with work, family diorang. Haha i’m the one antara yang still membujang so far. Most of them dah married and ada anak or on the way hehe. Nevermind, jodoh ajal dan maut semua kententuan Allah. Jadi kita rileks je dulu buncitkan perut haha.

One of my close friend masa kat UniKL, Yus tengah pregnant tak lama lagi nak bersalin. Jadi sebelum dia balik Kelantan, plan dengan Ezani sepakat membawa berkat untuk terjah rumah Yus yang dah bertahun dia ajak Maya pergi tapi tak kesempatan. Allhamdulillah kali ni bole jugak jumpa dah setahun lepas Yus kahwin tak dapat jumpa.

Disebabkan dia tengah pregnant walaupun nak serbu rumah dia, takkan la kitaorang kejam nak suruh dia masak. Jadi Ezani tapau pizza, Maya pulak masak simple Aglio Olio. Resipi ni memang simple je and bahan boleh adjust ikut selera hati (sebab Maya suka broccoli haha jangan tanya kenapa banyak makanan Maya masak asyik-asyik ada tu je). Aglio Olio

Ingredients

  • Water for boiling
  • 400g dried spaghetti
  • 4-6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 600-650g boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into thirds (optional)
  • 1/2 carrot, julienne (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 fresh chopped parsley, leaves only
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain, set aside and reserve 3-4 tablespoon of pasta water.
  2. Meanwhile coat the chicken pieces with flour, shaking off excess. Then, season with salt and black pepper.
  3. On medium heat, a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan. Add chicken and cook 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add the garlic and chili and fry for a minute or so, until the garlic is starting to color. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add carrot, broccoli and reserve pasta water. Stir well.
  6. Add pasta and stir to combine. Sprinkle parsley and stir well.
  7. Turn off the heat and add Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients / Bahan-bahan

  • 250 – 300g Marie biscuits / biskut Marie
  • 200g dark chocolate or cooking chocolate / coklat masakan
  • 60g choco powder / serbuk koko
  • 100g butter / butter
  • 150 – 200g condensed milk / susu pekat manis
  • 100g caster sugar / gula kastor
  • 3 fresh eggs / telur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract / ekstrak vanila

Directions / Cara-cara

  1. Crush biscuits into quaters and put aside. | Patahkan biskut kepada 4 atau 2 bahagian terpulang kepada masing-masing.
  2. On medium-low heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk, butter, caster sugar and choco power in a saucepan. | Cairkan coklat masakan, susu pekat, butter, gula kastor dan serbuk koko dalam periuk atas api sederhana.
  3. Keep stir all the ingredients until it fully well combined and remove from the heat. | Kacau semua bahan tadi sehingga sebati dan angkat periuk dari api.
  4. Add eggs and whisk until the eggs is well combined with the chocolate mixture. | Masukkan telur sikit demi sedikit dan kacau sehingga sebati.
  5. Again, place the saucepan into medium – low heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and forms a paste. | Setelah telur sebati letak semula periuk tadi di atas dapur dengan api sederhana dan kacau sehingga bahan menjadi pekat.
  6. Once it has thickened, add in vanilla extract. Stir to mix and remove the saucepan immediately from the heat. | Setelah pekat, masukkan estrak vanila dan kacau sebati dan tutup api.
  7. Stir in biscuits until the biscuits and the mixture well coated. | Masukkan biskut yang telah dipecahkan tadi ke dalam periuk dan gaul sehingga semua biskut bersalut dengan baik.
  8. Pour into cake pan or baked tin and press it well until the top is flatten. | Tuang campuran tadi ke dalam loyang atau bekas dan tekan sehingga rata dan padat.
  9. Leave cake to cool an hour then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.| Biarkan kek batik sejuk sementara. Kemudian sejukkan di dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 2-3 jam atau semalaman.

Tip: You can garnish with sliced almond or chocolate ganache. (Optional) | Boleh dihias dengan hirisan kacang almond atau lelehan coklat.

Nasi Goreng Cili Kering

Bahan-bahan

  • 1 1/2 cawan nasi putih siap masak
  • 1 biji bawang besar ditumbuk
  • 3 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk
  • 5-6 tangkai cili kering direbus dan ditumbuk**
  • Sedikit belacan
  • Sedikit ikan bilis tumbuk
  • Sedikit udang kering *
  • 2 biji telur ( maya xletak just buat telur mata)
  • Garam secukup rasa
  • Lobak merah dihiris panjang *
  • Brokoli *

Cara-cara

  1. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan sedikit minyak.
  2. Setelah minyak panas, tumis semua baham ditumbuk tadi sehingga garing sedikit dan naik bau.
  3. Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan kacau sebati.
  4. Masukkan telur. ( Part ni Maya skip sebab memang tak masuk sekali gus telur jadi maya masukkan sayur lobak dan brokoli).
  5. Kemudian masukkan nasi dan gaul sebati.
  6. Boleh dihidang dengan ayam goreng atau telur mata.

Tip: * Ini bahan sesuka hati tambah dari resepi asal. Hehe sebab Maya suka sayur. Boleh letak ape yang berkenan dihati.
** Yang ni maya letak lebih sebab suka pedas lagi.
